There are 500 tags hidden in spots (not in geocaches) that will be published on this site. Anyone who finds a tag, can claim it on the site and redeem it for a free geocoin at Geocoinfest (or give it to a friend to redeem, or trade it to someone else to bring). One tag per person!

Tradewinds Park Road, Coconut Creek, FL, US

We were driving to Port Everglades to catch a Caribbean cruise when I saw this post. A quick detour off I-95 and we soon had it in hand. While looking for it, we spotted a blue bison on the other side of the bush. Two-fer! How awesome is that? See you in Seattle!

cron publish 11 months 1 week ago 112 - Manitoulin Island Swing Bridge

Meredith St E, Little Current, ON, CA

This tag is placed just beyond my favourite bridge. It is a swing bridge that was originally built to allow trains to haul supplies onto the island and it swings open to allow boats on the Great Lakes to continue on their travels. I camp on this island, Manitoulin Island, the worlds largest freshwater lake island. I placed this tag just beyond this bridge, on the island. It is placed in another love of mine. Inside the rail car is a set of controls that this tag hangs on. I love rails and rail cars as well. This place combines these two loves and I hope the finder enjoys it as much as I do.

A geocaching friend let me know that one of these tags was somewhat near where I lived. I didn't have any hesitation about going for it. When I got to the area, I began my search, but I found nothing. Expanding my search, I found it in another location about 50 or so feet away from the posted coordinates. Thanks for allowing me to be a part of the fun, and I look forward to turning this in via a friend who's attending for the geocoin!

This tag can be snagged at one of California's iconic roadside attractions. This tag can be found on the sign just outside of the gift shop, in one of the top corners.

These dinosaurs have been featured in various film and TV appearances most notably Pee Wee's Big Adventure (1985) and The Wizard (1989).

"If there was ever a California roadside attraction, this is it....the dinosaurs." Huell Howser.

Ag Art Drive, Nacogdoches, TX, US

The SFA Mast arboretum is a ten-acre garden along LaNana Creek at Stephen F. Austin State University, Nacogdoches, Texas. The gardens began in 1985 as a small garden project on the south side of the Agriculture building, a project of the first Landscape Plant Materials class taught by Dr. Dave Creech. Over the years, the gardens expanded into one of the most diverse collection of plants in the South. The Mast Arboretum is dedicated to acquiring, testing, introducing and promoting new plants for the landscape and nursery industry in the southern USA.

The SFA Gardens, including the Mast Arboretum and Ruby M. Mize Azalea Garden have hosted “Sculpture For All” exhibitions since 2014. Thousands of visitors have enjoyed a wide variety of sculptures nestled throughout the gardens. This endeavor seeks to expose SFA students and faculty members to art they might not otherwise see while bringing national recognition and publicity to SFA. Sculpture For All, a biennial outdoor exhibition and competition plays a vital part in fulfilling the university’s mission of excellence in teaching, research, scholarship creative work and service by creating new learning opportunities, as well as aiding in recruitment of both students and faculty members.

This tag is placed a short distance from parking in the Mast Arboretum. Enjoy the Sculpture For All exhibitions – this is where you will find the tag.

Hint: Front right – up and under – it is out of sight.
